We awoke to a new-fallen snow on the Wandering Trail.

Progress - sewer pipes

The Meade at Avalon continues with its construction.
The color of the siding you see will not be the real color. It will be painted. It's probably cheaper for them to use just one color for all houses and get immigrant labor to paint.

Amy's excited to see the sewer pipes.

Downsizing - to all-on-one-floor

It has been awhile, but now you can begin to see signs of progress. You'll see the stack of pre-fabbed lumber;
view from our front porch to the walking trail.
A view of the entrance to the house (already with bathroom facilities).









Also, see the view from the back porch and garage to our neighbors-to-the-south's garages on the service road. Look carefully & you can see the clock tower between the 2 houses.





Finally, 2 shots of the model house. Be sure to imagine: there will not be 16 steps between the garage and the main floor!
Our's should look very much like the model by December or January.
